The Stronger Everyday Programme is a 6-week mentoring and mindset journey designed to help young people develop the confidence, resilience, and emotional strength they need to thrive — both in sport and in everyday life.

Led by Philip “PJ” Roberts (Level 7 in Football Psychology, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence), each live Zoom session blends mentoring, sports psychology, and fun sport-inspired challenges that make learning engaging and practical for every child.

Across the 6 weeks, participants will explore key themes that build inner strength and lasting self-belief:

  • 🌟 Developing confidence and self-awareness

  • 💬 Communicating positively and leading with empathy

  • ⚡ Building resilience and bouncing back from setbacks

  • 🧠 Managing emotions and staying calm under pressure

  • 🎯 Setting goals and building daily habits for success

  • ❤️ Strengthening mindset — in sport, school, and life

Session Dates (Thursdays):

  • Building Confidence: 6:45-7:45pm 19th February

  • Resilience & Bouncing Back: 6:45-7:45pm 26th February

  • Teamwork & Communication: 6:45-7:45pm 5th March

  • Leadership & Responsibility: 6:45-7:45pm 12th March

  • Focus & Decision Making: 6:45-7:45pm 19th March

  • Growth Mindset & Reflection: 6:45-7:45pm 26th March

All sessions will be held via Zoom, allowing pupils to take part from the comfort of home in a safe, positive, and interactive online space.

By the end of the programme, your child will have developed practical tools to stay focused, confident, and resilient — every day, in every challenge, and in every game.
